The F A Oliva Company has more than 50 years of planning and execution building enterprises in Jundiaí area.

The company started up in 1957, with the execution of Jardim Ana Maria, parcels that later became a neighbourhood of high level in Jundiaí (SP).

In 1999 the company began its activities related to developing of buildings with the Residential Chácara Primavera. In 2007 it reached over a thousand residential units delivered and 380 direct employees.
